Facebook data removal

For businesses using Einwort's private pilot.

Remove your connected Facebook Page

1. Open your business's private Einwort review workspace and sign in.
2. Open Settings, then Connected accounts.
3. Select Disconnect Facebook and confirm.

Einwort stops using that connection and removes its saved Facebook credential and connected Page information. The workspace shows when removal has completed. If removal is interrupted, the connection stays paused while Einwort retries the remaining work.

What stays in place

Disconnecting does not delete posts already published on Facebook, your original source media, your Google connection or unrelated review drafts. Manage published posts directly on Facebook.

Other removal requests

If you cannot access your workspace or want to request removal of other information held by Einwort, email privacy@einwort.net. Include the business name and the information you want removed. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify your authority before acting on a request.
