Subscription terms

Effective date: October 7, 2026. Einwort, LLC, an Idaho limited liability company, operates Einwort. These terms describe Einwort's subscription service when paid purchases become available. Einwort is currently in private pilot. There is no public paid checkout. Invitation-only pilot participation remains governed by its separate participant terms.

Service and plan

Einwort LLC provides software to organize business media and brand information, prepare content for review, and deliver or publish approved content through supported channels.

The basic plan is $29 USD per month for one business with Facebook and Instagram. Each additional available channel is $5 USD per month. Video capability is an additional $10 USD per month. Video creation is not included in the basic price. See pricing for details.

Storage, production, video and collaborator allowances and any channel restrictions will be stated before purchase. Paid subscriptions will open only after billing and service delivery are ready. Availability of a connected channel depends on provider permissions and support.

Payments and renewal

When you purchase a monthly subscription, it renews automatically each month until cancelled. Your selected plan, recurring price, applicable taxes and total will be shown before payment. For purchases through Paddle, Paddle is the merchant of record and its buyer terms govern the payment transaction. Einwort supplies the software service.

Cancellation

Cancel using the subscription-management link in your purchase confirmation or, for Paddle purchases, through Paddle buyer support. Cancellation prevents future renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. It does not automatically refund payments already made. Contact einwort@einwort.net if you need help.

Refunds

Request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your first subscription payment. Later requests are reviewed individually. Mandatory customer rights and Paddle's refund authority remain unchanged. See the refund policy for how to request one.

Account deletion

Subscription cancellation and account deletion are separate. A requested account deletion has a 30-day recovery window during which you may cancel the deletion request. This recovery window does not extend a paid billing period or renew a subscription. Backup copies expire under the applicable documented retention schedule, subject to legal retention requirements. Your content and approval

You retain ownership of your business content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use it. You authorize Einwort to process it to provide the service. Keep claims accurate and respect the rights of others. Public publication requires your recorded approval and the required channel permissions. You are responsible for reviewing content before approval.

Service limits and lawful use

Do not use Einwort for unlawful content, impersonation, unauthorized account access or infringement. Channel availability may change with provider requirements. Einwort does not promise a particular audience reach, number of followers, bookings or sales. If a material technical problem prevents access to the purchased service, contact us for assistance or a refund review.

Changes and legal rights

Any changed price or plan allowance will be communicated before it applies to a future billing period. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
